Welcoming Alex Bromley as a Senior Consultant
Naomi Korn Associates is excited to welcome Alex Bromley as a Senior Consultant! Alex has worked in collections management and digitisation roles for over 25 years. He is a vastly experienced information systems specialist, most recently working for the Museum of London where he has worked for the past fourteen years. Alex has been involved in projects such as specification and implementation of the Collections Information Integration Middleware as well as several developments to Mimsy XG.
Alex served on the Committee of the Museums Computer Group from 2000-2007 and was chair of the UK Mimsy user group between 2013 and 2018.
Naomi Korn says: I am thrilled that Alex has joined the team as a Senior Consultant. His vast experience in information system development will help us deliver even more value to our clients by supporting our rights and privacy management services within the broader context of collections management and digital asset management.
Alex Bromley says: I’m delighted to be joining Naomi Korn Associates. With my experience in information system specification, development and project management I aim to provide clients with sound advice and support in the way they store and manage rights and privacy management data.
The landscape for information management in the cultural sector is constantly changing and this is an exciting time to be involved with Naomi Korn Associates’ consultants and clients as they navigate their way through the complexities of these important issues.
With many years’ experience of both rights clearance and management, I am confident that I have a lot to offer clients. I have worked on several projects with rights implications through my time at the TUC Library and Museum of London, and have collaborated with Naomi Korn Associates to develop procedures and systems for managing this data in such a way that users have a clear and unambiguous message about how assets can be used both internally and externally.
I look forward to working with Naomi Korn Associates’ many and varied clients, whatever their requirements.
