Professor Adrienne Muir Joins Naomi Korn Associates’ Growing Team of Experts

We are delighted to welcome Professor Adrienne Muir who brings decades of expertise and experience in copyright law and information law compliance to the team at Naomi Korn Associates.
Until December 2019 Adrienne was Professor of Information Management at Robert Gordon University Aberdeen. She has researched and taught information law for over 25 years. Her research has focused on legal and ethical issues relating to digital libraries. She was copyright and liaison officer on the eLib ACORN electronic reserve project, and was a member of an international study on the impact of copyright law on digital presentation, the results of which were presented at a World Intellectual Property Organisation. Adrienne was also a member of the NISO License Expression Working Group and an independent member of the UK government’s Legal Deposit Advisory Panel.
Adrienne has recently co-authored a new book together with Naomi Korn and Charles Oppenheim: ‘Information Law Compliance for Librarians and Information Professionals’ which will be published by Facet Publishing in Spring 2020.
