Aga Khan Library

The Aga Khan Library, London servers two higher education institutions, The Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) and the Aga Khan University’s Institute for the Study of Muslim Civilisations (AKU-ISMC).

Naomi Korn Associates provided training to Aga Khan’s Library team, as well as staff and faculty from IIS and AKU-ISMC, to help support their day-to-day copyright responsibilities. The training was tailored to meet the needs of the university library. Topics included the exceptions to copyright, risk management, how to deal with infringements, and copyright considerations when re-using content on social media.

As a librarian, I found the training extremely useful for my day-to-day work.
