British Council
Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) are often at the core of British Council, whether it be varied activities, strategic relationships, product development, online engagement or community building. It is important that staff clearly understand their roles and responsibilities regarding IPR and licensing and have the appropriate tools to do their jobs. Naomi Korn Associates has provided staff training, tool development, recruitment and mentoring of their in-house IPR Manager to enable the British Council to realise the full benefits of IPR exploitation as well as manage the risks associated with its core activities and those it undertakes in partnership with third parties.
