Integrated on-going support from trusted specialists for all your rights and privacy advice and/or training needs
What we do
For many organisations, access to ongoing rights and privacy specialists helps everything run a little bit smoother. Whether help is needed at the end of the phone, a site visit to deliver training or policy documents reworked, we can do it all.
We offer a basic rights-only advice package as well as more flexible packages which include copyright, licensing and data protection support and the ability to choose freely between consulting or training as required on a month to month basis. Our monthly packages can provide, or support in-house copyright and privacy specialists. Our Pro package includes the broadest range of advice, a nominated Data Protection Officer and 1 hour of legal advice from qualified legal specialists every month. Please contact us for a rate card or to discuss requirements:

Imperial War Museums
Imperial War Museums (IWM) is a family of five museums recording and showcasing experiences of modern conflict. Naomi Korn Associates have been providing on-going support to IWM in its operational and strategic management of rights and permissions. This has included the development of organisational policies, procedures, rights clearance forms, IPR template clauses, a public photography policy, rights and permissions workflows, work on ADLIB Collections Management system, staff training and other work to support the IWM activities.
A retained services agreement enables IWM to access on-site and phone/e- mail support at our best rates. Specialist knowledge to support staff is sought as often as is needed within the monthly allowance. This arrangement enables IWM to be a leader in the museum field, pursuing best practice for both compliance and ensuring optimal access to collections, improved visitor engagement and sustainability.
