Calderdale College

In 2021, Calderdale College in West Yorkshire commissioned Naomi Korn Associates to carry out a comprehensive review of existing, and author new, Data Protection compliance documentation. The review analysed the following documents:

Data Protection Policy
- Data Rights Policy
- Data Protection Impact Assessment template and Policy/Procedure
- Records Management Policy
- Records of Processing template
- Data Breach process
- Data Subject access request records
- Data Breach database
- Privacy notice

Once the policy and documentation review were complete, Calderdale College has contracted Naomi Korn Associates to deliver a Data Protection Officer (DPO) support service to the College.

We have been extremely impressed by the advice and support provided by Naomi Korn. The consultants are knowledgeable, experienced and practical in helping the College deliver on our GDPR commitments. Significant and rapid progress is now being made in this area as a result of our combined efforts.
