Heritage Digital Academy

The Heritage Digital Academy is supported by DCMS as part of the Heritage Fund’s Digital Skills for Heritage initiative. A new project from Heritage Digital partnership, Heritage Digital Academy is a series of unique digital business support sessions focussed on innovation, enterprise, and organisational planning.

As part of this programme delivered in 2021-22, Naomi Korn Associates ran several courses to support digital business support for heritage organisations. The courses – on the Role of a Data Protection Officer and Copyright and Creative Commons Licences – were designed to give participants the tools they need to make effective use of digital within strategic and operational planning.

Over 12 months, almost 260 delegates attended the courses led by Naomi Korn Associates. Benefits of attending the courses included the development of new practices and build knowledge, skills and confidence to take back to their organisation.
