Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust 

Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust (JDHT) has approximately 250 films featuring jaguar cars made between 1947/48 – 1990. The films are eclectic, vary in length and quality and contain a mixture of content such as car footage, archival stills and photos, famous people, branding and members of the public. 

In 2018 Naomi Korn Associates was commissioned to research and evaluate the rights issues and subsequently clear rights for all the films, enabling JDHT to use the footage for online use and licensing purposes.

Following this work, from 2020, Naomi Korn Associates was contracted to deliver ongoing data protection and copyright support services for Jaguar Dailmer Heritage Trust, acting as their DPO and copyright specialists.
