Professor Adrienne Muir was Professor of Information Management at Robert Gordon University Aberdeen. She has researched and taught information law for over 25 years. Her research has focused on legal and ethical issues relating to digital libraries. She was copyright and liaison officer on the eLib ACORN electronic reserve project. She was a member of an international study on the impact of copyright law on digital presentation, the results of which were presented at a World Intellectual Property Organization. Adrienne was also a member of the NISO License Expression Working Group and an independent member of the UK government’s Legal Deposit Advisory Panel. At Naomi Korn Associates, Adrienne supports clients in best practices in information law compliance, including academic research into new trends, Government consultations and impact analysis of proposed policy and/or legislative changes.
