Carol Tullo, OBE
Carol is a qualified Barrister with a career in intellectual property practice and commercial law. She joined the Cabinet Office in 1997, leading information policy and management responsibilities within the copyright, open data and information regulatory space across government.
Carol was also Director of Information Policy and Services at The National Archives with responsibility for providing leadership in information management and policy across government and the wider public sector.
With Carol’s expertise in GDPR, data protection, privacy, open data and access to public sector information, legal regulation of IP, Crown copyright, digital transformation and publishing, cross-sector information accessibility and standards, governance and integrity of data and information, and records management in government and licensing, she delivers a range of projects for Noami Korn Associates.
