Cristina is responsible for copyright and licensing at Loughborough University. Working with colleagues across the library and the wider University, she develops and maintains policies, guidelines, and offers training and teaching sessions on copyright. Cristina’s research interests lie in copyright and fashion, specifically the issue of using the Romanian Blouse motif in high-end fashion without attribution and the relationship between Generative Artificial Intelligence and copyright in the context of scholarly communication. At Naomi Korn Associates, Cristina specialises in developing bespoke training courses in copyright and licensing for Higher Education Institutions, as well the development of guidelines, policies and procedures.
