Danial is a well-seasoned Data Protection expert with over 8 years of experience working across highly regulated sectors, and is certified with CIPP/E, CIPM and AIGP certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
He has a strong foundation in Information Governance from working at multiple public sector organisations, before transitioning into the private sector where he built out an entire Data Privacy Framework at a software company with over 2000 employees. He has also worked on national high profile litigation projects and regularly advises on complex information requests and policy development, helping to navigate legislative requirements of the GDPR, Data Protection Act, Data Use and Access Act, AI Act, and other related legislation.
More recently Danial has operated as a consultant with experience across various sectors including Financial Services, SaaS, Non-Profit, Healthcare, Retail, Energy, and Automotive. He brings his experience and detailed knowledge to Naomi Korn Associates, to continue to support our valued clients in a cogent and pragmatic way.
