Christy Henshaw is an experienced leader delivering digital transformation in archive, library and museum contexts. Her background and expertise spans digital library strategy and implementation, digitisation, digital preservation and copyright management. She previously worked at Wellcome Collection as Head of Digital Production, overseeing the creation of their large-scale digitisation programme and the implementation of digital library systems. She developed and led Wellcome Collection’s copyright and licensing policies and procedures, and has been Co-Chair of the UK Libraries and Archives Copyright Alliance (LACA) since 2020. At Naomi Korn Associates, Christy provides expertise in copyright, rights management and licensing particularly within the context of digitisation.
