Rebecca Messenger-Clark is the Head of Information Governance and Data Protection Officer at the University of Leeds.
Having started her information governance career at an operational level she has real experience of designing and implementing compliant data protection processes and policies. She works with business owners and stakeholders across a broad spectrum of regulatory environments where competing priorities and operational constraints demand robust and practical solutions.
