Sean Rippington

Sean is responsible for copyright at a University Libraries and Museums service in Scotland. He works with colleagues across the university to develop policy, guidance, and training relating to copyright in teaching, research, and heritage contexts.
Sean is interested in the relationship between copyright and digital community heritage and has designed and delivered training on this topic for the Scottish Council on Archives, Community Archives and Heritage Group (Scotland), Museums and Galleries Scotland, and Historic Environment Scotland.
For Naomi Korn Associates, Sean has led on projects with higher education clients to support their library and academic staff on their use of third party content in course materials and for delivering teaching.
