Happy New Year from Naomi Korn Associates

As we embrace the New Year and celebrate our 24th year in business, everyone at Naomi Korn Associates warmly welcomes back our clients, colleagues, and friends.

This year, as always, we remain committed to delivering expert, high-quality, trustworthy, and reliable support through our retained client relationships, CPD-UK accredited courses via our Online Training Academy, in-house training, consultancy services, and help desks. 

We are proud to have built a reputation as a UK-based leader in copyright and data protection expertise, with an ever-growing international reach.

Looking ahead, we have some exciting plans for 2026, including:

• Launching new training courses and services, such as our AI and Copyright half-day intermediate-level workshop in early Spring (register here to find out more) and the new data protection standard created for archive services.

• Continuing our long-standing partnerships with CILIP and ARA, offering members exclusive training discounts.

• Attending the Association for Cultural Enterprise Conference in February 2026 (Adrian Gibbs).

• Adapting to the regulatory changes from the Data Use and Access Act 2025. We will continue to support organisations in navigating these developments through new guidance, training and our work in developing the Generally Recognised Standards – helping clients prepare confidently for further archiving in the public interest. • Chairing and presenting at the annual CILIP Copyright Conference, where Naomi will share some of her latest PhD findings. (Dates and links coming soon.)

• Hosting the CILIP Data Protection Conference, arranged and chaired by Jess Pembroke. (Dates and links coming soon.)
